PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
Designed in the USA. An aluminium framework, a black plastic shell and four outward-facing displays. A closer look at the materials and details we’re developing for JumboTron.

Our proposed main frame uses aluminium to define the square structure behind the four display faces. The frame study shows how the enclosure could come together around this central framework.
A clean outer form.
A proposed black plastic shell gives JumboTron its distinctive silhouette. Defined corner lines frame the screens, while the broad upper fascia carries the ROARBOX name and orange emblem.

A 3000K warm-white target brings a softer tone below the screens. The proposed diffused lights are intended as accent lighting around your seating or games area.

We’re planning remote on/off and brightness adjustment for all four downlights together. Turn them down for a darker viewing atmosphere, or up when you want more light below.

The control system we’re developing is designed around five everyday moments:
- Walk in and turn on just the downlights with the wall button.
- Watch a game with all ROARBOX lighting switched off.
- Turn the TVs off while keeping the downlights on.
- Adjust the lighting without interrupting the game.
- Use basic lighting controls locally, without internet access.

DISPLAY DEVELOPMENT
We’re developing JumboTron around four 24-inch-class IPS displays, with a 60 Hz refresh-rate target. A closer look at the technology behind the picture.

The backlight.
LED illumination and optical films distribute light across the display. We’re evaluating panel options rated up to 2,000 nits. Brightness in the finished enclosure will be confirmed through prototype testing.
The IPS cell.
Liquid crystals, colour filters and polarising layers work together to form the picture. IPS is our chosen panel technology for the four-sided viewing experience.

The optical layers sit within a slim supporting assembly, ready to integrate into JumboTron’s outer shell.

Access to the $895 JumboTron launch-day price on Kickstarter, through a private link emailed when the campaign opens. The $5 payment is a reservation fee. It does not buy the JumboTron, ship hardware or place a Kickstarter pledge.
Will I be charged for the product automatically?
No. This is a one-time reservation. You decide whether to pledge on Kickstarter after reviewing the campaign. A later product payment requires a separate action from you.
What will JumboTron cost, and when does it launch?
Reservation holders get access to the $895 Kickstarter launch-day offer. The planned MSRP is $1,995—a difference of $1,100. The campaign launch date is still to be announced. Product shipping and applicable taxes will be detailed before you pledge.
Will it work in my room and with my setup?
JumboTron has a four-sided, ceiling-mounted design. Check the final dimensions, weight, mounting requirements and source compatibility when the campaign is published. Your ceiling and installation will need to be suitable for the finished product.
Can the lights work separately from the screens?
That is the planned control design: separate TV and lighting power, remote brightness adjustment, and a wall control with TV, LIGHTS and BOTH buttons. Basic lighting control is intended to work without internet. The unit needs mains power, and we’ll validate independent control with the final electronics before confirming the production specification.
Can I watch a different game on each screen?
JumboTron is being developed with four outward-facing displays. Independent video feeds and how the screens will be controlled are still being evaluated. We’ll confirm the supported viewing modes before the campaign opens.
Which devices and streaming services will work?
The final inputs, controller and source compatibility will be listed with the campaign. Please don’t assume a specific device or streaming app is included or supported yet. Sports subscriptions and access to broadcasts are separate from the hardware.
What hardware will be included?
Our planned package includes the JumboTron unit, ceiling mounting kit, integrated power system, handheld remote, wall control and setup guide. Final contents, supplied cables and fixings will be confirmed with the campaign. See the planned package. No equipment ships with the $5 reservation.
Are the pictures of the finished product?
The images are visualisations based on the ROARBOX product design you see here. Room images illustrate possible settings; they are not customer installation photos. Final specifications and the included hardware package will be detailed on the Kickstarter campaign.
Can I get my reservation fee refunded?
Yes. Your $5 reservation fee is refundable on request. Use our contact form with your order number and the email used at checkout. Refunds are not automatic. The reservation fee and any later Kickstarter pledge are separate payments.
When will it ship, and is delivery included?
No physical item ships with the $5 reservation, and it does not cover delivery. A production and delivery timeline has not yet been announced. Shipping regions, charges, applicable taxes and estimated dates will be presented with the Kickstarter campaign before you decide to pledge.
