Reservation refunds
Your $5 reservation is refundable on request.
To request a refund, use the ROARBOX contact form or email support@roarboxjumbo.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can identify your reservation. Do not send payment-card details.
Refunds are not automatic. Please contact us if you no longer want your reservation, including if the campaign is delayed or cancelled. No physical item is supplied with the reservation, so there is nothing to return.
This policy covers the $5 Shopify reservation fee. Any separate product pledge on Kickstarter has its own campaign terms.
